I picked up a camera in junior high and documented many things that happened in my life through high school.

I put the camera down after graduation, but picked it up again while working at a local bridal boutique when I was asked by a local professional photographer for assistance in documenting weddings - this was when photojournalism was on the rise.

My passion for documenting life grew after close relatives and friends had passed. The images that I took became more treasured than I could have imagined.

I enjoy the challenge that photography provides, as it’s a combination of technical knowledge and art. I constantly strive to learn about new technologies and incorporate them into the art of photography.
